“It takes a village to raise a child" is a proverb that means that an entire community of people must provide for and interact positively with children for them to experience and grow in a safe and healthy environment.
Raising a child with a disability is a challenging journey, but The Nesbitt Centre and other like-minded community partners are here to engage, enrich, and empower young adults with disabilities. We provide education, enhance life skills, and create employment opportunities.
Thirty years ago, we took our first step. Today, we continue to journey forward with the community and society to enable youth with different abilities to grow and be empowered in their lives.

The Nesbitt Centre has been serving Hong Kong’s special education needs for 30 years. Our goal is to promote a world where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered.
